Children and young people's mental health cannot be understood in isolation. Every child exists within a family, relationships, schools, communities and the everyday experiences that shape who they are.

Sessions utilise a family-centred lens to move beyond diagnosis alone,  towards relational, strengths-based, and participation-focused care, developing practical approaches that understand the whole child and empower families to thrive.
